Earl is the founding member of the West Coast Civil War Collectors. As a longtime and avid collector of a wide range of Civil War materials, Earl's insight and expertise is often sought by the collecting community of Southern California. Earl is also an active purveyor of artifacts and enjoys close association with collectors, dealers, historians and many others of the Civil War community across the United States. Earl's passion for original soldier art is manifest in his own holdings, which include battle sketches and illustrations from well known period artists to the soldiers on the front line drawing what they saw. He also enjoys soldier's headgear. Earl brings his understanding of a wide variety of Civil War subjects to the WCCWC.
